Oregon Lawn Barbers

A production Next.js 15 App Router website for a local Portland landscaping business — combining fast service discovery, high-trust photo galleries, neighborhood service-area pages, and a low-friction quote intake form.

What it is

Oregon Lawn Barbers is a production Next.js 15 App Router marketing and lead-intake website for a local family-owned lawn care and landscaping business serving the Portland metropolitan area.

I designed and built the complete web presence to establish local brand authority, clearly present residential and commercial services, and convert inbound search traffic into qualified quote requests.

How it works

Visitors can explore core services — weekly lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, hedge trimming, and mulching — with transparent descriptions and local project photography.

Dedicated service-area landing pages target local search intent across Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, and surrounding communities. A progressive quote intake flow allows prospective clients to specify service requirements, timeline, and address details to receive an accurate estimate.

Conversion optimization

The site architecture pairs clear visual proof with minimal friction. Strategic call-to-action anchors guide users from service overviews and work galleries directly into the quote intake form.

An interactive progressive-disclosure wizard was prototyped and instrumented with behavioral telemetry to test reduced field abandonment, measure step-by-step dropoff, and maximize form completion rates.

How it’s built

The frontend is built with Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, leveraging the App Router for fast server rendering, optimal font loading, and automated image optimization.

Form submissions are validated through server-side API routes and dispatched via email notifications. Structured data includes LocalBusiness and Service JSON-LD schemas to enhance local search ranking and rich snippet visibility. The site is deployed continuously on Vercel.

Privacy and performance

The architecture prioritizes performance with sub-second page loads, zero third-party tracking bloat, and accessible semantic markup meeting WCAG AA standards.

Quote submissions are processed securely without selling or sharing customer contact details. Client and prospect information is used strictly for scheduling estimates and direct service communication.
